1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take 3-5 business days

1.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 days 
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 day 
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200.00

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to the Americas, GCC, Europe, Asia, Pacific, and other regions.

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • International shipping costs include handling but exclude customs duties
  • Promotional free shipping may not apply to international orders

1.4 Customs and Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
  • We cannot predict or pay these charges
  • Orders may be delayed by customs processing
  • We declare actual product value on customs forms

1.5 Order Tracking

  • Tracking information sent via email once order ships
  • Track your order through our Website or carrier's website
  • International tracking may be limited in some countries

1.6 Shipping Restrictions

  • Some countries have restrictions on cosmetic imports
  • Certain ingredients may be prohibited in specific jurisdictions
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported

2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1 Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging
  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • With proof of purchase
  • In resalable condition

NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products (for hygiene and safety)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse

2.2 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@bancscosmetica.com within 30 days
  2. Return Authorization: Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
  4. Include RMA: Write RMA number on outside of package
  5. Ship Items: Send to provided return address
  6. Confirmation: We'll email confirmation once received

2.3 Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless:

- We sent wrong item

- Product arrived damaged or defective

- Product quality issue

  • We recommend insured, trackable shipping
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

2.4 International Returns

  • Same eligibility requirements apply
  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Extended processing time due to international shipping
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs

3. REFUNDS

3.1 Refund Timeline

  • Processed within 5-7 days of receiving return
  • Original payment method credited
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • International refunds may take longer

3.2 Refund Amount

  • Full product price for eligible returns
  • Original shipping charges non-refundable (except for our error)
  • Return shipping costs not refunded (unless our error)

4. EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • Please return unwanted items and place new order
  • This ensures fastest service and accurate inventory

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

5.1 Reporting Issues

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage or incorrect items
  • Include order number and description

5.2 Resolution

  • We'll send replacement at no charge, or
  • Provide full refund including shipping
  • No need to return damaged items (unless requested)

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

6.1 Our Responsibility

  • Ends once carrier confirms delivery
  • We'll assist with carrier claims
  • Consider requiring signature for high-value orders

6.2 Your Options

  • File claim with shipping carrier
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact local postal service
  • File police report if stolen

7. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

7.1 Allergic Reactions

  • Cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions
  • Always check ingredients before use
  • Perform patch test before full application
  • Consult healthcare provider for reactions

7.2 Change of Mind

  • Subject to standard return policy
  • Must be unopened and unused
  • Customer pays return shipping

7.3 Product Defects

  • Report manufacturing defects immediately
  • May require photos or return for inspection
  • Full refund or replacement provided
