All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and OR Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2 Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted only when we ship the product(s) to you and send a shipping confirmation email.

5.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before shipment by contacting customer service. Once shipped, please refer to our return policy.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, including but not limited to the Americas, GCC, Europe, Asia, and Pacific regions. Shipping times and costs vary by location.

6.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

7.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact customer service for a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.

7.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned products.
